18+ Age Policy

The minimum age to play on 999xx is 18. This is not just a standard rule — it is a legal and ethical obligation. Keeping minors away from gaming is one of our highest priorities.

Why Do These Rules Matter?

Players under 18 are not emotionally or mentally mature enough to gamble, and are at a higher risk of developing gaming addiction. Their decision-making and risk-assessment abilities are not yet fully developed. That's why 999xx strictly enforces this age limit.

• Date of birth verification is required at registration.
• KYC verification using your NID or passport must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Suspicious accounts may be subject to verification at any time.
• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and their balance refunded.

Setting Betting Limits

At 999xx, you can set your own betting limits. It's one of the most effective responsible gaming tools available. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.

What types of limits can I set?

• Requests to increase limits will not take effect for up to 72 hours (cooling-off period).
• Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Once your limit is reached, betting will be stopped automatically.

  Enter any daily, weekly, or monthly limit and save.

  Once a limit is applied, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is taking up too much of your time or attention, you can use 999xx's Self-Exclusion feature. It allows you to temporarily or permanently suspend your account.

Break Time Limit

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break lasting anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days.
• Short-Term Exclusion: Temporarily deactivating your account for 1 week to 6 months.
• Long-Term Exclusion: From 6 months up to 5 years.
• Permanent Exclusion: Permanently closing your account — this action cannot be undone.

While self-exclusion is active, you will not receive any marketing emails or promotional offers, and you will not be able to log in.

Signs of Gaming Addiction

Gaming addiction often develops gradually and can be hard to recognise early on. Watch out for the following warning signs:

• A strong urge to return and keep playing in order to chase losses.
• Spending more time and money than you planned.
• Feeling restless, irritable, or uneasy when you stop gaming.

• Taking out loans or draining savings to fund your gaming.
• Disrupted sleep, eating, or work routines.
• Repeatedly trying to cut back on gaming but failing to do so.

Use parental control software on your device. Keep your 999xx app and website password protected. Keep bank cards and payment details out of children's reach.
